Youth deemed to be in need of Care and Protection are placed on Court Orders at the Frances Bodden Home. Originally a Girls Home, this home is now a Children’s Home, providing limited accommodation for boys needing care and protection.
Bonaventure Boys’ Home is a therapeutic residential program that provides therapeutic services, educational and vocational programs, and social and life skills for residents who have been remanded for antisocial and criminal activities.
In 2014, Phoenix House was opened as a Secure Facility, for children on Care and Protection Orders, to provide a temporary, safe, therapeutic accommodation for residents who have displayed a recent pattern of absconding and/or uncontrollable behaviors, and who have been court-ordered there.
